研究目的：

通过本试验，初步在人群研究中验证姜黄素改善非酒精性单纯性脂肪肝的作用，并进一步明确其作用的靶点。  

Objectives of Study：

Through this experiment, the effect of curcumin on the improvement of non-alcoholic simple fatty liver disease was preliminarily verified in the population study, and the target of its effect was further identified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、具有长期饮酒史，患有临床诊断的病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝病、肝硬化、心脑血管疾病等各种严重的慢性疾病，肝肾功能不全；
2、试验前一个月内曾患有急慢性感染性疾病、自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤、外伤或手术；
3、现正服用或近1个月内曾服用过任何影响脂肪肝和体脂的药物，如保肝消炎降酶药物，减肥药物、降脂药物等；
4、3个月内使用过任何植物化学物如姜黄素、白藜芦醇、花色苷、葡萄籽提取物等膳食补充剂；
5、孕妇和哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a long history of alcohol consumption, suffer from clinically diagnosed viral hepatitis, autoimmune liver disease, cirrhosis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other serious chronic diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency;
2. Had acute or chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, trauma or surgery within one month before the test;
3. Currently taking or in the past 1 month has taken any drugs that affect fatty liver and body fat, such as liver protection, anti-inflammatory and enzyme reducing drugs, weight loss drugs, lipid-lowering drugs, etc.;
4. Used any phytochemicals such as curcumin, resveratrol, anthocyanins, grape seed extract and other dietary supplements within 3 months;
5. Pregnant and lactating patients.
