研究目的：

1. 主要研究终点：MRD阴性持续时间对PFS的影响。其中，MRD阴性定义为新一代流式细胞术（NGF）或新一代测序技术（NGS）证实的骨髓MRD阴性；PFS定义为入组到疾病进展或死亡的时间。 2. 次要研究终点：（1）MRD阴性持续时间对OS的影响；（2）MRD阴性持续时间对HRCA患者PFS和OS的影响；（3）MRD阴性持续时间对老年（≥65岁）患者PFS和OS的影响；（4）自体造血干细胞移植（ASCT）对MRD阴性持续时间的影响；（5）维持治疗对MRD阴性持续时间的影响。 3. 探索性研究：（1）MRD阴性持续24个月停药对PFS和OS的影响；（2）MRD阴性转阳（2次证实）进行干预治疗对PFS和OS的影响。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main end point: the influence of MRD negative duration on PFS. MRD negative is defined as bone marrow MRD negative confirmed by new generation flow cytometry (NGF) or new generation sequencing technology (NGS); PFS was defined as the time from enrollment to disease progression or death. 2. Secondary endpoint: 1) The influence of MRD negative duration on OS; 2) The influence of MRD negative duration on PFS and OS of HRCA patients; 3) The influence of MRD negative duration on PFS and OS in elderly patients (≥ 65 years old); 4) The effect of autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (ASCT) on the duration of MRD negative; 5) The effect of maintenance treatment on the duration of negative MRD. 3. Exploratory research: 1) Effect of discontinuation of drug for 24 months with negative MRD on PFS and OS; 2) The influence of intervention treatment on PFS and OS when MRD is negative to positive (confirmed twice).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.非活动性多发性骨髓瘤，包括原发性淀粉样变性、MGUS（意义未明的单克隆丙种球蛋白病）或冒烟型骨髓瘤；
2.非初次诊断治疗；
3.在筛选前3年内患有除多发性骨髓瘤外的其他恶性肿瘤史（除外已治愈且3年内复发风险极低的恶性肿瘤）；
4.不易控制的精神病受试者；
5.研究者认为不宜参加本试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Non active multiple myeloma, including primary amyloidosis, MGUS (monoclonal gammaglobulin disease of unknown significance) or smoking myeloma;
2. Non initial diagnosis and treatment;
3. Have a history of other malignancies except multiple myeloma within 3 years before screening (except for cured malignancies with a very low risk of recurrence within 3 years);
4. Psychotic subjects who are not easy to control;
5. Subjects who the researcher thinks are not suitable to participate in this experiment.
