研究目的:

该项前瞻性、单中心、观察性研究是为了测量腰椎退变患者腰椎间隙高度,观察下肢膝关节盘状半月板情况,探索腰椎间隙高度与盘状半月板关系;分析其中退变性侧弯合并盘状半月板冠状位力线与腰椎高间隙关系。  

Objectives of Study:

The purpose of this prospective, single-center, observational study was to measure the height of lumbar intervertebral space in patients with lumbar degeneration, to observe the situation of discoid meniscus of lower extremities, and to explore the relationship between the height of lumbar intervertebral space and discoid meniscus, and to analyze the relationship between the coronal force line of degenerative scoliosis and discoid meniscus and lumbar high space.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 肿瘤、炎症或感染性等非退变性腰椎疾病者;
2. 既往脊柱、膝关节手术史;
3. 神经精神类疾病史,无法耐受腰椎手术者。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Non-lumbar degenerative disease patient like tumor, inflammation or infection;
2. Previous vertebral, knee operation history;
3. History of neuropsychiatric disorders or other diseases that cannot tolerate lumbar spine surgery.
