研究目的：

建立拥有脑Aβ沉积检测及CGA评定的老年衰弱人群研究队列，对脑Aβ沉积与各项CGA指标进行相关性分析。探索衰弱的脑机制，为衰弱的临床干预提供理论依据。

Objectives of Study：

To establish a study cohort of elderly debilitated people with brain Aβ deposition detection and CGA assessment, and to analyze the correlation between brain Aβ deposition and CGA indicators. To explore the brain mechanism of frailty and provide theoretical basis for clinical intervention of frailty.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明显心、肝、肾、肺功能不全，或有血液系统疾病、严重感染、精神疾病、癌症、酒精或药物滥用等；
2.已确诊为痴呆者，包括阿尔茨海默症及其它类型痴呆；
3.其他脑部疾病或系统疾病伴认知功能减退，如脑外伤、脑肿瘤、脑炎、神经梅毒、帕金森病以及甲状腺功能低下、维生素 B12 缺乏等；
4.视力与听力障碍影响认知评估；
5.抑郁性障碍，Hamilton 抑郁量表 17 项版本测验>17 分；
6.缺乏合作或理解者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have obvious heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction, or have blood system disease, serious infection, mental disease, cancer, alcohol or drug abuse;
2. People who have been diagnosed with dementia, including Alzheimer's disease and other types of dementia;
3. Other brain diseases or system diseases with cognitive impairment, such as brain trauma, brain tumor, encephalitis, neurosyphilis, Parkinson's disease, hypothyroidism, vitamin B12 deficiency, etc;
4. Impairment of vision and hearing affects cognitive assessment;
5. Depression disorder, Hamilton Depression Scale 17 version test>17 points;
6. Lack of cooperation or understanding.
