研究目的：

本课题的研究目的是探讨不同剂量艾司氯胺酮超前镇痛对乳腺癌患者免疫功能、炎性指标及预后的影响，探索艾司氯胺酮改善乳腺癌患者免疫功能的最佳剂量。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of different doses of esketamine preemptive analgesia on immune function, inflammatory indexes and prognosis of breast cancer patients, and to explore the optimal dose of esketamine to improve the immune function of breast cancer patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 曾有过乳腺手术史者；
2. 确诊为炎症性乳腺癌患者；
3. 患有严重心、肺、肝、肾功能障碍者；
4. 阿片类药物成瘾史者；
5. 转移性乳腺肿瘤患者；
6. 术前进行新辅助化疗者；
7. 有慢性疼痛疾病者；
8. 患有精神类疾病患者；
9. 患有免疫系统疾病，或使用对免疫系统有明显影响的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have had a history of breast surgery;
2. Patients diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer;
3. Those with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Those with a history of opioid addiction;
5. Patients with metastatic breast tumors;
6. Those who received neoadjuvant chemotherapy before surgery;
7. Those with chronic pain disease;
8. Patients with mental illness;
9. Suffering from immune system diseases, or using drugs that have obvious effects on the immune system.
