Objectives of Study：

To explore the significance of bronchoscopy in the treatment of lobar/segmental pneumonia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有心力衰竭、严重心律失常，重度肺功能不全及急性呼吸衰竭等支气管镜检查禁忌症
2. 院内获得性肺炎、异物、肺结核、支气管哮喘、肺血栓栓塞症、肺部肿瘤等呼吸系统疾病病史者
3. 合并有血液系统、风湿结缔组织等其他系统疾病而影响诊治过程者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications to bronchoscopy, such as heart failure, severe arrhythmia, severe pulmonary insufficiency and acute respiratory failure;
2. Patients with other kinds of respiratory diseases, such as hospital acquired pneumonia, foreign body aspiration, pulmonary tuberculosis, bronchial asthma, pulmonary thromboembolism and lung tumor;
3. Patients with other systemic diseases which will affect the diagnosis and treatment process, such as diseases of blood system, rheumatic connective tissue, etc.
