研究目的：

验证候鸟生活方式对慢阻肺急性加重频率的影响，拟为慢阻肺的防治提供更好的临床建议.  

Objectives of Study：

Verify that affect migratory lifestyle on frequency of COPD acute exacerbation, intended to provide better clinical recommendations for the prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝签署知情同意书; 2.支气管哮喘; 3.合并严重支气管扩张、矽肺、弥漫性泛细支气管炎、结核、恶性肿瘤等疾病，导致长期慢性咳嗽; 4.慢阻肺终末期，预计寿命不超过半年; 5.不能规律使用ICS+LABA 和/或LAMA; 6.病情稳定时间不足4周; 7. 研究者认为不适合参加该实验的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. patients that refuse to sign the informed consent;
2. asthma as the main performance;
3. A diagnosis of any of the following diseases: bronchiectasis, silicosis, diffuse panbronchiolitis, active tuberculosis, malignancies;
4. end-stage of COPD, life expectancy is not more than six months;
5. ICS + LABA and / or LAMA can not be used regularly;
6. COPD in stable condition less than 4 weeks;
7. Any other situation that affect the participation in the experiment.
