纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无晶状体眼或人工晶状体眼；2.曾长期全身或局部使用类固醇药物；3.任何原因引起的角膜浑浊；4.玻璃体浑浊

Exclusion criteria：

1. aphakia or intraocular lens eyes;
2. have ever used steroid medicine systemically or partially;
3. cornea opacities;
4. vitreous opacities.
