研究目的：

我们通过比较病人在候诊区等待期间，是否提前了解就诊流程及准备沟通内容，了解病人的就诊体验满意度及医生的工作压力情况。

Objectives of Study：

We aim to compare the satisfaction of clinic experience in outpatient and the pressure of clinic doctors if patients will find out the visit process and prepare for the communication ahead of time during the period of waiting for a doctor, or not.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重的心、脑、肾等器质性疾病；
2.患有精神疾患；
3.复诊患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. serious heart, brain and kidney diseases;
2. people with mental disorders;
3. return visit patients.
