研究目的：

比较无水酒精注射和微波消融治疗甲状腺囊性结节的治疗效果，评估微波消融治疗甲状腺囊性结节的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Comparison of the treatment effect of anhydrous alcohol injection and microwave ablation in the patients with cystic thyroid nodules, and evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the microwave ablation in the treatment of cystic thyroid nodules.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

超声检查提示恶性结节的可能；
病灶对侧声带功能异常；
严重凝血机制障碍；
严重心、脑血管疾病、呼吸道疾病、肝肾功能障碍等合并症，不能耐受治疗；
拒绝参与本实验或拒绝签署知情同意书。
中止临床试验的标准
不符合病例入组标准者；
患者要求退出本次研究；
治疗过程中出现术中并发症导致治疗中断，无法继续者；
研究者从医学角度考虑受试者有必要中止试验。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Ultrasound prompted the possibility of malignant nodules;
2. Lesions of contralateral vocal cord dysfunction;
3. Severe coagulation disorders;
4. Serious heart, cerebrovascular diseases, respiratory diseases, liver and kidney dysfunction complications, such as intolerance to treatment;
5. Refused to participate in this experiment or refuse to sign the informed consent;
6. Suspend the standard of clinical trials;
7. Do not accord with standard of cases into the group;
8. Asked to quit the study;
9. Intraoperative complications appeared in the process of treatment led to the suspension of therapy;
10. Researchers from the medical point of view that the subjects need to be to suspend the test.
