恩替卡韦 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Entecavir 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

研究者判断认为受试者依从性不佳；受试者有肝细胞癌的病史或者有提示肝细胞癌的表现，例如：影像学上可疑性结节和/或血清甲胎蛋白(AFP) > 50 ng/mL。有这种发现的受试者在本研究入组之前应该排除肝细胞癌的可能；存在其他任何严重的或活动性身心疾病，可能影响患者的治疗、评估或对研究方案的依从，包括任何未被控制的有临床意义的心脏、肺、肾脏、消化、神经、精神疾病、免疫调节性疾病、代谢性疾病或恶性肿瘤、器官移植患者等；男方除乙肝病毒外合并别的病毒感染者，配偶有乙肝病毒感染及其它病毒感染。

Exclusion criteria：

The researchers think the subjects poor adherence; The subjects has a history of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) or has a hint of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), such as, images of suspicious nodules and or AFP > 50 ng/mL; it may affect patients'treatment compliance, evaluation, or to the research plan any other serious or activities physical and mental diseases exist; The man in addition to the hepatitis B virus merging other infected with the virus; Spouse has hepatitis B virus infection and other virus infection.
