研究目的：

通过本项目研究，明确轻度认知障碍（MCI）患者的体质类型分布，找出易患体质类型，了解其体质兼夹偏颇的状态，明确易患体质与中文版蒙特利尔（MocA）量表积分、标志物:血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）、尿8-异前列腺素F2a（8-iso-PGF 2a）的相关性，明确针灸调养对易患体质标志物、磁共振波普（MRS）的影响及其临床疗效，为今后实现调质防病的预防措施，早期治疗MCI及防治老年性痴呆提供体质调养依据。

Objectives of Study：

Through this project research, clear physical types of patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) distribution, find out susceptible to constitution type and understand its physical and clip biased state, clearly predispose physique and the Chinese version of the Montreal MocA amount table of integrals and markers: serum homocysteine cysteine amino acids (Hcy), the correlation between urinary 8 - ISO prostaglandin F2a (8-iso-pgf 2a), clear nursed back to health by acupuncture and moxibustion on predisposition markers, magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) and its clinical efficacy, for Quenched and tempered to prevent and preventive measures in the future, early treatment of MCI and preventing and treating senile dementia provide physical recuperation basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①有晚期、严重或不稳定的其他疾病，如肝脏、肾脏等严重原发性疾病；②严重的听力、视力障碍者，不能配合评估；③正处于活动性癫痫的患者；④既往有精神病病史；⑤有痴呆、脑梗死或任何可以导致脑功能紊乱的躯体和精神疾患；⑥纳入前应用过其他可能引起认知功能变化或者心脑肾等重要器官衰竭的药物的患者；⑦年龄在55岁以下或75岁以上的患者。⑧剔除标准不符合纳入标准，或符合入选标准并且分组，但因各种原因未实施针刺或药物观察的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Other serious primary diseases, such as liver, kidney and other diseases;
2. Severe hearing, visual impairment, can not cope with the assessment;
3. Patients with active epilepsy;
4. Previous history of mental illness;
5. Dementia with cerebral infarction or any of the physical and mental disorders that can lead to functional disorders of the brain;
6. Use of other drugs that may cause changes in cognitive function or heart and brain and other important organ failure;
7. Excluding standard does not meet the inclusion criteria, or in accordance with the inclusion criteria, but not for a variety of reasons for the implementation of acupuncture or drug observation of patients.

盲法：	病人：艾灸组受试者不知道自己是入艾灸穴位组还是入艾灸非经非穴组，针刺组受试者不知道自己是入针刺穴位组还是入针刺非经非穴组；评价者：评分由不知分组情况的第三者进行疗效评价；统计者：本研究的所有数据均由西安电子科技大学进行统计分析，统计者不清楚分组情况及其意义；整个研究过程中严格实行研究者、操作者和统计者三分离。
Blinding：	Patient: the moxibustion group subject is not aware that they are in the moxibustion acupoint group or in the non-acupoint group; the acupuncture group subject is not aware that they are in the acupuncture point group or into the non-acupuncture point group; Evaluation: the curative effect of the third groups score evaluated by unknown person; statistics: all the data in the study were analyzed by the Xi'an Electronic and Science University, the statistician does not know the grouping and the significance; on the whole research process, researchers, operators and statistics are separated.
