研究目的：

通过对比不同重建技术对机器人辅助腹腔镜前列腺根治性切除术后患者尿控恢复的疗效，以期明确不同重建是否的确改善术后尿控以及是否存在疗效差异，从而为临床决策提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the efficacy of different reconstruction techniques on urinary control recovery of patients after robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, in order to clarify whether different reconstruction really improves postoperative urinary control and whether there is a difference in efficacy, so as to provide reference for clinical decision-making.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 局部晚期cT4或cM1患者；
2. 合并其它恶性肿瘤的患者；
3. 合并严重基础疾病的高风险患者；
4. 术前或术后行化疗或盆腔放疗患者；
5. 术后病理学结果为非腺癌；
6. 在最短随访时间6个月前失访的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Locally advanced cT4 or cM1 patients;
2. Associated with other malignant tumors;
3. Associated with severe underlying diseases;
4. Chemotherapy or radiotherapy before or after surgery.
