探索网络认知行为疗法（ICBT）对阈下抑郁症效果的脑机制。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the brain mechanism of the effect of online cognitive behavioral therapy (ICBT) on subthreshold depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.符合 DSM-IV 的重度抑郁发作 (MDE)、双相情感障碍或精神病性障碍标准；
2.当前或过去（过去6个月）参加其他地方的心理治疗；
3.使用非法药物或每天饮用＞3标准杯酒精饮品。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Meet DSM-IV criteria for major depressive episode (MDE), bipolar disorder, or psychotic disorder;
2. Current or past (past 6 months) participation in psychotherapy elsewhere;
3. Use illegal drugs or consume > 3 standard alcoholic beverages per day.

一名独立研究助理使用计算机化的随机数生成器 (www.random.org)，按照 1:1:1 的比例，以 6 个块大小完成随机化。使用顺序编号的密封不透明信封向研究人员隐藏分配。

An independent research assistant completed randomization, according to a 1:1:1 ratio with a block size of six , using a computerized random number generator (www.random.org). Allocation was concealed from researchers using sequentially numbered, sealed opaque envelopes.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：	采集到的患者信息和数据将通过纸质文档或电子文档保存，每位患者均有一个以受试时间排列的编号，在需要查找其信息是可以通过相应编号搜索。
