研究目的：

1.分析无创通气对急性胰腺炎相关性肺损伤患者的治疗结局 2.比较治疗成功患者与治疗失败患者的临床特点，寻找预测治疗成功的因素，建立预测模型，指导临床操作。  

Objectives of Study：

The effective of noninvasive ventilation for the treatment of acute pancreatitis associated lung injury, and to screen for patients who might benefit from treatment. 1. To assess the effective of noninvasive ventilation for the treatment of acute pancreatitis associated lung injury patients; 2. To demonstrate factors predicting treatment success, and create a predicting model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）需要紧急气管插管的患者；（2）入院距入组48小时以上患者；（3）既往患有慢性肺部疾病的患者；（4）B超提示≥3cm胸腔积液且未引流者；胸片提示并发其他疾病者；（5）无民事行为能力或患有严重精神疾病的患者；妊娠或哺乳期妇女；（6）不适宜使用无创机械通气的患者(如：心跳呼吸骤停；昏迷或意识不清； 频繁呕吐有误吸可能；活动性上消化道出血；面部畸形无法佩戴面罩；大量气道分泌物；血流动力学不稳定；其他难以配合的原因；（7）不能提供知情同意书或依从性差的患者；（8）正在参加其他临床试验的患者； （9）不能排除左心衰的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients needed emergency tracheal intubation;
(2) Patients enrolled more than 48h from the onset of disease;
(3) Patients who have chronic lung diseases;
(4) Patients who have pleural effusion (≥3cm by ultrasound), or complicated with other diseases ( by chest radiography);
(5) Patients without civil capacity or with severe mental illness, pregnancy or breast-feeding women;
(6) Patients who were inappropriate use of NPPV (cardiopulmonary arrest, coma or unconsciousness, frequent vomiting or have aspiration risk, active upper gastrointestinal bleeding, facial deformity, massive respiratory secretions, hemodynamic instability, difficult to cooperate);
(7) Patients can not be excluded with left heart failure;
(8) Patients who can not provide informed consent or poor compliance patients;
(9) Patients taking part in other clinical trials.
