研究目的：

甲状腺乳头状癌患者手术中应用亚甲蓝定位前哨淋巴结，联合精细被膜解剖，保护甲状旁腺，降低中央区淋巴结清扫的并发症发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

Using dye method and meticulous capsular dissection technique in papillary thyroid carcinoma surgery,protect the parathyroid,and decline the complications of central compartment neck dissection.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术前即存在肿瘤侵犯喉返神经导致的功能障碍，术前即存在低钙血症的患者，二次手术患者，术前颈部放疗史

Exclusion criteria：

Preoperative laryngeal recurrent nerve dysfunction caused by tumor invasion;Preoperative hypocalcemia;Secondary surgery patients;Preoperative history of neck radiotherapy
