研究目的：

本研究探讨罗沙司他对于糖尿病肾病贫血的疗效。通过收集在徐州医科大学附属医院肾脏内科住院患者临床资料、贫血指标、血糖指标、炎症因子指标，通过组内治疗的前后对比及组间治疗前后对比，研究罗沙司他对糖尿病肾病患者贫血的影响，评估其在糖尿病肾病贫血中的应用价值，并研究血糖控制、炎症状态对其疗效的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficacy of rosartan in the treatment of anemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy. By collecting the clinical data, anemia index, blood glucose index and inflammatory factor index of inpatients in the Department of Nephrology of the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, and through the comparison before and after treatment within the group and between groups, to study the effect of rosartan on anemia in patients with diabetic nephropathy, evaluate its application value in diabetic nephropathy anemia, and study the influence of blood glucose control and inflammatory state on its curative effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

按治疗方案的不同分为观察组和对照组，在控制血糖，保肾排毒的基础上，对照组患者皮下注射人促红素注射液，透析患者每周100～150 IU/ kg，非透析患者每周75～100 IU/ kg，分3次给予。观察组患者口服罗沙司他胶囊，体质量＜60 kg的透析患者每次100 mg，非透析患者每次70 mg，每周3次；体质量≥60 kg的透析患者每次120 mg，非透析患者每次100 mg，每周3次。治疗期依据血红蛋白水平调整剂量，总疗程8周。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Patients in the control group were subcutaneously injected with human erythropoietin injection (100 ~ 150 IU/ kg per week for dialysis patients and 75 ~ 100 IU/ kg per week for non-dialysis patients) on the basis of blood glucose control and renal detoxification. Observation group received roxadustat, 100 mg for dialysis patients and 70 mg for non-dialysis patients with body weight < 60 kg, 3 times a week; 120 mg for dialysis patients and 100 mg for non-dialysis patients with body weight ≥60 kg, 3 times a week. The dose was adjusted according to hemoglobin level, and the total course of treatment was 8 weeks.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并原发性或其他继发性肾脏病；
2. 合并糖尿病急性并发症，如糖尿病高渗高血糖综合征、糖尿病酮症酸中毒或并发各种感染、应激状态；
3. 心肺功能不全、血液系统疾病、风湿免疫疾病、恶性肿瘤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with primary or other secondary kidney disease;
2. Complicated with acute complications of diabetes, such as diabetic hyperosmolar hyperglycemia syndrome, diabetic ketoacidosis, or complicated with various infections and stress states;
3. Cardiopulmonary insufficiency, diseases of the blood system, rheumatic immune diseases, and malignant tumors.
