研究目的：

基于PBW评估心脏骤停后患者不同呼气末正压在定量脑电图监测下的变化，并探讨了不同呼气末正压与脑功能恢复的关系  

Objectives of Study：

PBW was used to evaluate the changes of different positive end-expiratory pressure (PRP) in patients with cardiac arrest under quantitative ELECTROencephalogram (EEG) monitoring, and to explore the relationship between different PRP and brain function recovery

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心、肝、肾等严重器质性疾病；
2.既往有精神病病史；
3.患者家属拒绝；
4.存在自主呼吸、血流动力学不稳定、确诊或疑似颅内高压、难治性休克、气胸；
5.总住院时间小于2天；
6.年龄小于18岁、孕期、哺乳期；
7.使用EIT的任何禁忌症(起搏器、自动植入式心律转复除颤器、植入式泵)；
8.机械通气时间小于24小时；
9.格拉斯评分>8分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heart, liver, kidney and other serious organic diseases;
2. Previous psychiatric history;
3. The patient's family refused;
4. There are spontaneous respiration, hemodynamic instability, confirmed or suspected intracranial hypertension, refractory shock and pneumothorax;
5. The total hospitalization time is less than 2 days;
6. Age less than 18 years, pregnancy and lactation;
7. Any contraindication of using EIT (pacemaker, automatic implantable cardioverter defibrillator, implantable pump);
8. Mechanical ventilation time is less than 24 hours;
9. Glass score>8 points.
