研究目的：

抽取壮族和汉族腰椎手术患者80例的血液5mL，进行OPRM1 A118G和COMT Val158met基因多态性的检测。分析遗传学因素对骨科腰椎手术男性患者疼痛敏感性及舒芬太尼PCIA治疗效果及不良反应的影响，探寻舒适化、个体化和精准化的术后镇痛，为不同基因型患者舒芬太尼的个体化用药提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To sample 5mL blood from 80 patients of Zhuang nationality and Han nationality undergoing lumbar surgery for the detection of OPRM1 A118G and COMT Val158Met gene polymorphism.To analyze the influence of genetic factors on the pain sensitivity of male patients undergoing orthopedic lumbar surgery and the therapeutic effect and adverse reactions of sufentanil PCIA, and to explore comfortable, individualized and precise postoperative analgesia, so as to provide theoretical basis for the individualized medication of sufentanil for patients with different genotypes.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.言语有交流障碍和对视觉模拟评分（VAS）无法做出正确评分者；
2.肝、肾功能异常者；
3.本次试验2周内曾使用过 CYP3A 酶诱导剂或抑制剂（如异烟肼、大环内酯类药物、胃复安、苯妥英钠等）者；
4.有急性感染等合并症（如菌血症等）者；
5.曾经或现在患有能够导致肝、肾功能异常的其他疾病者，如乙型病毒性肝炎、肝硬化、自身免疫型肝炎、肾病综合征等；
6.严重心脑血管病史，曾行心脏支架植入手术并长期服用抗凝药物如氯吡格雷的患者；
7.血脂异常升高或近期服用他汀类药物的患者；
8.有酗酒及酒精成瘾史，有糖尿病，慢性疼痛病史、长期使用镇痛药物或制剂（如吗啡、芬太尼皮肤贴）或阿片药物滥用、成瘾病史，或日常饮用咖啡的患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have difficulty communicating and who can not make correct visual analogue scale (VAS) scores;
2. Patients with abnormal liver and kidney function;
3. Patients who had used CYP3A inducers or inhibitors (isoniazid, macrolide, metoclopramide, phenytoin, etc.) within 2 weeks of the trial;
4. Patients with acute infections and other complications (e.g. bacteremia);
5. Patients who have had or are suffering from other conditions that can cause liver and kidney dysfunction, such as hepatitis B, cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis, and nephrotic syndrome;
6. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease who had undergone cardiac stenting and long term use of anticoagulants such as clopidogrel;
7. Patients with hyperlipidemia or who have recently taken statins;
8. Patients with a history of alcohol and alcohol addiction, diabetes, chronic pain, long-term use of analgesics or preparations (such as morphine, Fentanyl Patch) or opioid abuse, addiction, or daily consumption of coffee.
