研究目的：

研发适合我国国情的智能手机APP和短信提醒系统，运用单盲析因随机对照研究设计，评估通过APP+短信、单纯APP或单纯短信等方式对纳入的接受抗病毒治疗者进行预约提醒和全程互动后，能否增加这些阳性人群治疗效果和效率，即预约赴诊率和预约赴诊率 /（工作人员的工作时间 ×干预成本），及其对治疗效果、满意度等的影响，从而确定最具成本-效益的提醒方式。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to research and development for the situation of our country's smartphone APP and SMS alert system using single blind analysis due to random control study design and evaluation through in APP+ SMS, pure APP or simple SMS to and incorporated into the receiving antiretroviral treatment for appointment reminders and full interaction can increase the positive population the therapeutic effectiveness and efficiency, appointment went to consultation rate and booking went to consultation rate / (staff work time * the costs of intervention) and influence on curative effect and satisfaction, so as to determine the most cost-effective ways to remind.
