To evaluate the efficacy and feasibility of buccal acupuncture for analgesia after lumbar surgery through posterior approach.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.晕针史；
2.穿刺部位感染；
3.依从性差；
4.怀孕或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of needle sickness;
2. Puncture site infection;
3. Poor compliance;
4. Pregnant or lactating patients.
