主要目的：通过大数据分析智能终端（华为血压手表）对于高血压筛查和管理的可行性； 次要目的：通过大数据分析不同（年龄、血压、疾病等）人群的血压及其波动的特点，研究血压相关指标与其他疾病或生理参数（睡眠、睡眠呼吸暂停、心血管疾病、慢性肾病、糖尿病等）的关系。  

Objectives of Study：

Main objective: Evaluate the feasibility of screening and management of hypertension through smart terminal (Huawei Watch) Secondary objective: Analyze the characteristics of blood pressure and its fluctuation in different groups, and investigate the relationship between blood pressure and other diseases or physiological parameters

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.腕部有损伤或有深色纹身等；
2.处于妊娠期（孕妇）；
3.已确诊有严重心律失常（如房颤、频发早搏、严重的传导阻滞）的病人、严重休克的病人、使用心肺机的病人、上肢有感染的病人、有4.出血倾向的病人；
5.不具备正常的行为理解及控制能力。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bruises or dark tattoos on the wrist;
2. Pregnant women;
3. Patients with arrhythmia, shock and using heart-lung machines, and patients with upper limb infections, bleeding tendencie;
4. Patients with bleeding tendency;
5.Patients could not control normal behaviors.
