研究目的：

开展前瞻性临床试验，证明褪黑素与IL-4/JAK1/STAT6通路诱发过敏性鼻炎的时序相关性；在此基础上通过体外细胞实验，揭示褪黑素影响IL-4/JAK1/STAT6通路诱发过敏性鼻炎的生物学效应机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Prospective clinical trials are carried out to prove the seasonal correlation between Mel and allergic rhinitis induced by IL-4/JAK1/STAT6 pathway. On this basis, the mechanism of Mel's effect on allergic rhinitis induced by IL-4/ JAK1/STAT6 pathway was revealed by cell experiment in vitro.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

过敏性鼻炎病例排除标准：
1. 有吸烟行为的患者；
2. 合并严重的疾肺部疾病患者；
3. 长期持续服药的患者；
4. 职业接触粉尘、有机物的患者；
5. 近一年内住宅装修的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria for allergic rhinitis:
1. Patients with smoking behavior;
2. patients with serious lung disease;
3. patients who take medication continuously for a long time;
4. Patients with occupational exposure to dust and organic matter;
5. Residential decoration patients within the past year.
