研究目的：

1. 评估试验组A（每日2小时）、试验组B（每日4小时）、试验组C（每日6小时）中哪一组治疗上肢运动功能障碍疗效更佳，确定大剂量强制性运动疗法治疗脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的最佳训练时长。 2. 利用表面肌电图客观评价3个试验组与1个对照组在治疗前后上肢大肌群肌电信号的肌电积分值（integrated Electromyography, iEMG）、协同收缩率（Co-Contraction Ratio, CR）、均方根值（Root Mean Square, RMS），以研究脑卒中后上肢运动功能障碍的病理、电生理特征，确定电生理变化与上肢运动功能恢复间的联系，进而为规范使用强制性运动疗法在脑卒中康复的应用提供科学、有价值的参考依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Evaluate which group of experimental group A (2 hours per day), experimental group B (4 hours per day) and experimental group C (6 hours per day) has the better effect on the treatment of upper extremity motor dysfunction, and determine the best training time of high-dose constraint-induced movement therapy for the treatment of upper extremity motor dysfunction after stroke; 2. Surface electromyography was used to objectively evaluate the integrated electromyography (iEMG), CO contract ratio (CR) and root mean square (RMS) of EMG signals of upper extremity major muscle groups in three experimental groups and one control group before and after treatment, so as to study the pathological and electrophysiological characteristics of upper extremity motor dysfunction after stroke, and determine the relationship between electrophysiological changes and the recovery of upper extremity motor function, so as to provide a scientific and valuable reference basis for standardizing the application of constraint-induced movement therapy in stroke rehabilitation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者病情不稳定；
2. 中度及严重认知障碍，简易精神状态检查量表(Mini-Mental State Examination, MMSE)≤24分；
3. 其它影响上肢功能的神经系统疾病；
4. 严重的上肢痉挛，Ashworth分级＞2级；
5. 严重的疼痛，视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale/Score, VAS)≥7分。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient's condition is unstable;
2. Moderate and severe cognitive impairment, Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE) <= 24 points;
3. Other neurological diseases affecting upper limb function;
4. Severe upper extremity spasm, the Modified Ashworth Scale (MAS) grade ＞ 2;
5. Severe pain, visual analogue scale/score (VAS) >= 7 point.
