研究目的：

研究GYG-017作为宿主导向药物（HDT），辅助治疗MDR/RR-PTB（包括pre-XDR-PTB 或 XDR-PTB）患者的安全性及初步疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the safety and preliminary efficacy of GYG-017 as a host-directed drug (HDT) in the adjuvant treatment of MDR/RR-PTB (including pre-XDR-PTB or XDR-PTB).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. HIV阳性患者；
2. 痰培养提示：非结核分枝杆菌（NTM）患者；
3. 糖尿病患者；
4. 对酒精（乙醇）过敏的患者；
5. 依从性差，无法坚持随访的患者；
6. 明确的肝胆疾病，包括但不限于慢性活动性肝炎和/或肝功能不全、乙肝大三阳、AST或ALT＞3倍正常值上限、TBIL＞2倍正常值上限；
7. 下列肾脏病史或肾脏疾病相关表现： 不稳定或快速进展性肾脏疾病史；中/重度肾功能损伤或终末期肾病（eGFR＜60ml/min/1.73 m2;男性 Cr ≥ 133umol/L; 女性 Cr ≥ 124umol/L）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. HIV positive patients;
2. Sputum culture suggested that patients with non-tuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM);
3. Diabetic patients;
4. Patients allergic to alcohol (ethanol);
5. Patients with poor compliance and unable to adhere to follow-up;
6. Definite hepatobiliary diseases, including but not limited to chronic active hepatitis and/or liver insufficiency, hepatitis B large three young, AST or ALT > 3 times the upper limit of normal, TBIL > 2 times the upper limit of normal;
7. History of any of the following kidney diseases or kidney disease-related manifestations: history of unstable or rapidly progressive kidney disease; Moderate/severe renal impairment or end-stage renal disease (eGFR < 60ml/min/1.73 m^2; Male Cr >= 133umol/L; Female Cr >= 124umol/L).
