研究目的：

本研究的首要目的是探讨与常规康复相比，在卒中后早期康复治疗中，进行多次强化离床运动，对卒中患者下肢运动功能的影响。详细分析各项离床运动的内容（如离床运动次数、持续时间、运动内容等）与下肢步行能力改善的关系。研究的次要目的是探讨强化离床运动对患者的生活自理能力、整体功能、生活质量和不良事件的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The primary objective of this study was to investigate the effects of multiple intensification of bed-leaving exercises on lower extremity motor function in early post-stroke rehabilitation compared with conventional rehabilitation. The relationship between walking ability of lower limbs and the content of various off-bed exercise (such as the number, duration and content of off-bed exercise, etc.) was analyzed in detail. The secondary objective of the study was to investigate the effects of enhanced bed-leaving exercise on patients' self-care ability, overall functioning, quality of life, and adverse events.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 发病前有肢体功能运动障碍者[改良Rankin评分（modified Rankin scale，mRS）＞3分]和（或）3个月内有下肢骨折影响肢体活动；
2. 此次发病采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分结果为重度卒中（NIHSS>16分）；
3. 合并有其他进展性神经系统疾病，如痴呆、帕金森、癫痫、恶性肿瘤、脑外伤等；
4. 合并严重的心血管疾病、肺部感染、尿毒症等；
5. 严重认知障碍、失语、视觉、听觉障碍，或无法配合者；
6. 已参与其他康复实验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patients with limb dysfunction before the onset [modified Rankin scale (mRS)>3 points] and (or) lower limb fractures within 3 months affect limb activities;
2. The score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale was severe stroke (NIHSS>16 points);
3. Complicated with other progressive nervous system diseases, such as dementia, Parkinson's disease, epilepsy, malignant tumor, brain trauma, etc;
4. Complicated with serious cardiovascular disease, pulmonary infection, uremia, etc;
5. Those with severe cognitive impairment, aphasia, visual and auditory impairment, or those unable to cooperate;
6. Those who have participated in other rehabilitation experiments.
