To investigate the predictors of refractory thrombus in STEMI patients and to evaluate the prognosis.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

6个月内有重大手术或外伤史、肿瘤病史、活动性感染、肝肾功能衰竭等。

Exclusion criteria：

History of surgery or trauma within 6 months, history of malignant tumor, active infection, renal failure and liver failure.
