1. 通过对任务态功能磁共振确定的脚动激活点与TMS胫前肌运动热点的比较,探寻更为精准的改善PD步态障碍的刺激靶点; 2. 通过临床评估及可穿戴设备评估PD步态障碍的参数特征及治疗后的改善情况,探寻更为规范、准确的评估方式; 3. 探寻更为精准的个体化定位的PD步态障碍的刺激靶点,从而进一步探究rTMS对运动皮层兴奋性的调节作用及脑功能网络连接的潜在机制。 |

Objectives of Study: |
1. By comparing the foot movement activation points determined by task-state fMRI with the hot spots of TMS tibialis anterior muscle movement, a more accurate stimulation target for improving PD gait disorder was explored; 2. Through clinical evaluation and wearable The device evaluates the parameter characteristics of PD gait disorder and the improvement after treatment, and explores a more standardized and accurate evaluation method; 3. Explores more precise and individualized stimulation targets for PD gait disorder, so as to further explore Modulation of motor cortex excitability by rTMS and underlying mechanisms of brain functional network connectivity. |
