研究目的：

建立rTMS、电针治疗PD伴疼痛的临床治疗方案，为进一步临床推广应用提供高质量循证医学证据，造福更多患者。

Objectives of Study：

Establish a clinical treatment plan of rTMS and electroacupuncture for PD with pain, and provide high-quality, evidence-based medical evidence for further clinical application and benefit more patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 血管性因素、毒素、药物等引起的继发性帕金森综合征，或帕金森叠加综合征；
2. 持续性头部震颤的PD患者；
3. 痴呆、简易智能状态检查（MMSE）≤24分；
4. 伴自杀倾向及精神病性症状患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary Parkinsons syndrome caused by vascular factors, toxins, drugs, etc., or Parkinsons superimposed syndrome;
2. PD patients with persistent head tremor;
3. Dementia, Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) <= 24 points;
4. Patients with suicidal tendencies and psychotic symptoms.
