研究目的：

1.根据国内外相关研究完成儿童用眼卫生KAP调查问卷的自行编制； 2.应用KAP调查问卷分析儿童用眼卫生的相关知识、相关态度和相关行为特点，找出薄弱环节、存在的问题，为有针对性的提供积极有效的干预对策提供依据； 3.结合问卷调查结果与近视相关因素确定相应的健康相关知识教育、健康信念培养、健康行为支持的干预措施； 4.构建儿童用眼卫生KAP干预效果评估指标体系，为KAP干预的评估提供量化的测评工具； 5.探讨儿童用眼卫生KAP干预模型，探索性地实施及评价其干预效果，提高儿童、家长和教师对于用眼卫生知识的认识，改善其用眼信念，促进其养成科学用眼行为，有针对性地为控制和延缓儿童近视的发生和发展提供科学依据；  

Objectives of Study：

1. Completed the independent preparation of children's eye hygiene KAP questionnaire based on relevant domestic and foreign studies; 2. KAP questionnaire was used to analyze the relevant knowledge, attitude and behavior characteristics of children's eye hygiene, to find out the weak links and existing problems, and to provide a basis for targeted and effective intervention measures; 3. Determine health related knowledge education, health belief cultivation and intervention measures supported by healthy behaviors based on questionnaire results and myopia related factors; 4. Establish the KAP intervention effect evaluation index system for children's eye health, and provide quantitative assessment tools for the assessment of KAP intervention; 5. Explore the children's eye hygiene KAP intervention model, implement and evaluate its intervention effect exploratory, improve children's, parents and teachers' knowledge of eye hygiene, improve their belief in eye hygiene, promote their scientific eye behavior, and provide scientific basis for controlling and delaying the occurrence and development of children's myopia.
