研究目的：

1. 验证旋律语调疗法联合经颅直流电刺激对卒中后非流利性失语症的有效性及安全性； 2. 探索旋律语调疗法联合经颅直流电刺激改善卒中后非流利性失语症的潜在机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To verify the effectiveness and safety of melodic intonation therapy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation for post-stroke non-fluent aphasia; 2. Explore the potential mechanism of melodic intonation therapy combined with transcranial direct current stimulation to improve post-stroke non-fluent aphasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 脑部手术史；
2. 一年内癫痫发作史；
3. 敏感头皮；
4. 情绪不稳定；
5. 有其他基础疾病，且病情不稳定者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of brain surgery;
2. History of seizures within one year;
3. Sensitive scalp;
4. Emotional instability;
5. Those with other underlying diseases and unstable conditions.
