研究目的:

我们在术前三维影像重建的基础上,使用电磁导航系统,根据结节情况选用经支气管途径/经胸壁双通道途径,对肺小结节进行定位,在单孔胸腔镜下亚肺叶手术切除病灶。通过对肺结节定位准确率、亚肺叶手术成功率、保留肺功能、定位及手术时间、术后胸腔引流时间、并发症发生率及术后住院时间的分析,评估该方法在精准肺结节手术中的临床效果、优势并分析其临床应用价值。  

Objectives of Study:

On the basis of preoperative three-dimensional image reconstruction, we used the electromagnetic navigation system, selected the transbronchial approach / transthoracic wall dual channel approach according to the situation of the nodules, located the small pulmonary nodules, and resected the lesions under single hole thoracoscopy. By analyzing various indicators (accuracy of pulmonary nodule localization, success rate of subpulmonary surgery, preservation of lung function, localization and operation time, postoperative thoracic drainage time, incidence of complications and postoperative hospital stay), we will evaluated the clinical effect and advantages of this method in precision pulmonary nodule surgery and analyzed its clinical application value.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 病灶较大或怀疑周围组织侵犯,考虑患者不适宜胸腔镜微创手术者;
2. 术前检查考虑肺内多发转移、有淋巴结转移或远处器官转移者;
3. 患者心肺功能差,一般状况欠佳,不能耐受普通气管镜检查者;
4. 患者充分了解诊疗方案后拒绝参加。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with large lesions or suspected surrounding tissue invasion are considered unsuitable for thoracoscopic minimally invasive surgery;
2. Preoperative examination considered multiple lung metastases, lymph node metastases, or distant organ metastases;
3. Patients with poor cardiopulmonary function, poor general condition, and unable to tolerate ordinary tracheoscopy;
4. Patients refused to participate after fully understanding the diagnosis and treatment plan.
