研究目的：

观察五行音乐治疗原发性高血压伴发焦虑患者的临床疗效，评价五行音乐对患者焦虑情绪及生活质量的改善，基于“肠道菌群-肠-脑轴”探讨五行音乐治疗高血压伴发焦虑的潜在作用机制，为发扬中医“治未病”优势，探索高血压伴发焦虑的临床非药物治疗及其作用机理研究提供新的思路。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of Wuxing music in the treatment of patients with essential hypertension complicated with anxiety, and to evaluate the improvement of anxiety and quality of life of patients with Wuxing music. Based on the "intestinal flora-intestinal-brain axis", the potential mechanism of Wuxing music in the treatment of hypertension with anxiety was discussed, which provides a new idea for carrying forward the advantage of traditional Chinese medicine in treating hypertension with anxiety and exploring the clinical non-drug treatment of hypertension with anxiety and its mechanism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 正在参与其它临床试验者；
2. 研究对象患腹泻、溃疡性结肠炎、克罗恩病或其他感染性疾病；
3. 采样前3-6个月，服用过抗生素、类固醇激素或益生菌等；
4. 取样前一周饮食大幅变化；
5. 合并严重器质性疾病如肿瘤、血液病、脏器衰竭等；
6. 已接受精神专科治疗，且长期服用抗焦虑抑郁类药品者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are participating in other clinical trials;
2. Subjects suffering from diarrhea, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or other infectious diseases;
3. Take antibiotics, steroid hormones or probiotics 3-6 months before sampling;
4. Significant changes in diet one week before sampling;
5. Complicated with serious organic diseases such as tumors, blood diseases, organ failure, etc.;
6. Those who have received psychiatric treatment and have been taking anti-anxiety and depression drugs for a long time.
