利用单细胞基因组学分析方法明晰受精卵极体夹角大小与胚胎染色体异常发生几率之间的关系,为以极体夹角预测胚胎发育潜能寻求理论支持。  

Objectives of Study:

To seek the theory support for the clinical application of polar bodies angle prediciton of subsequent embryo viability through single-cell DNA analysis.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

影响胚胎着床的不利因素:严重输卵管积水、高评分的子宫内膜异位症、宫腔粘连、无反应型薄型子宫内膜、粘膜下肌瘤或者压迫内膜线的子宫腺肌症

Exclusion criteria:

Participants were excluded for the following reasons: Severe hydrosalpinx, advanced endometriosis (Stage III to IV), uterine adhesion, unresponsive thin endometrium, myoma or adenomyosis adjacent to uterine cavity.
