研究目的：

评估传统的气道评估方法用于视频喉镜气管插管的有效性（准确性）。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluation to the effectiveness and accuracy of traditional airway evaluation methods for video laryngoscope endotracheal intubation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

所有拟行气管内全麻的手术病人，术前访视用传统的气道评估方法：Mallampati分级,上唇咬合试验（Upper lipbite test，ULBT），甲颏间距（Thyromental distance，TMD），上下切牙间距（Interincisor gap，IIG），颈部活动度（Neck movement, NM）进行评估。全麻诱导后记录麻醉插管过程中的声门暴露情况（首要指标），插管耗费时间，一次性插管成功率，有无使用其他改良手段（如按压喉结），分析总结气管插管情况和术前评估分级的相关性。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

All patients undergoing endotracheal general anesthesia were evaluated with traditional airway evaluation methods: Mallampati grade, upper lip bite test (ulbt), thyromental distance (TMD), upper and lower incisor gap (iig) and neck movement (nm). After induction of general anesthesia, the glottic exposure (primary index), intubation time, success rate of one-time intubation and whether other improved methods (such as pressing the larynx) were recorded, and the correlation between intubation and preoperative evaluation and grading was analyzed and summarized. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 有明确气管插管困难的患者；
2. 不适合行快速诱导插管的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with definite difficulty in endotracheal intubation;
2. Patients not suitable for rapid induction intubation.
