Objectives of Study:

To observe the effect of brain-computer interface training equipment based on motor imagination on upper limb function and ADL of stroke patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail:

 

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.脑卒中病情尚不稳定者,或合并严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器疾病而不能完成实验者
2.癫痫或已诊断为继发性癫痫患者;
3.有严重的视力障碍、听力障碍、完全性失语,不能理解并完成训练者;
4.肩部有明显疼痛的,或合并有其他疾病导致不能完成该项训练的,如上肢或手合并不稳定性骨折、感染、活动性出血的患者;
5.不能配合训练或治疗依从性差的患者;
6.诊断为短暂性脑脑缺血发作(TIA)或可逆性缺血性神经功能障碍(RIND)者;
7.同期参加了其他的药物或医疗器械临床试验。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with unstable stroke condition, or complicated with serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ diseases could not complete the experiment
2. patients with epilepsy or have been diagnosed as secondary epilepsy;
3. with severe visual impairment, hearing impairment, complete aphasia, unable to understand and complete the training;
4. Patients with obvious shoulder pain or other diseases, such as unstable fracture, infection or active bleeding of the upper limb or hand, that lead to failure to complete the training;
5. Unable to cooperate with patients with poor treatment compliance;
6. Patients diagnosed with transient ischemic attack (TIA) or reversible ischemic neurological dysfunction (RIND);
7. Participated in clinical trials of other drugs or medical devices in the same period.
