排除标准：

1.不愿配合继续治疗及主动退出者;
2.病情加重者;
3.严重不良反应者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are unwilling to cooperate in continuing treatment and voluntarily withdraw;
2. The disease is aggravated;
3. Serious adverse reactions.
