研究目的:

1. 探索8周脑机接口训练对运动完全性SCI患者下肢运动功能的影响; 2. 探究基于运动想象的脑机接口技术对脊髓损伤患者运动功能的影响及神经再生机制。  

Objectives of Study:

1. To explore the effect of 8-week brain-computer interface training on motor function of lower limbs in patients with motor complete SCI; 2. To explore the effect of brain-computer interface technology based on motor imagery on the motor function and neural regeneration mechanism of patients with spinal cord injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述:

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 患有限制患者运动能力的合并症如下肢深静脉血栓形成、糖尿病、高血压、冠心病、严重骨质疏松及女性孕期等;
2. 有严重的焦虑、抑郁情绪(SAS>50分,SDS>70分)的患者;
3. 下肢活动范围受限或因其他因素限制下肢屈伸运动;
4. 双下肢肌张力改良Ashworth>2级;
5. 不适宜穿戴设备的病变,如头皮和颅骨损伤、下肢皮肤损伤或感染导致无法穿戴设备;
6. 研究者判断患者依从性差或不理解试验,无法按照要求完成研究;
7. 同期参加了其他的药物或医疗器械临床试验;
8. 研究者判断不适合入选及无法耐受康复训练的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Comorbidities that limit the patient's exercise capacity include deep vein thrombosis in the lower extremities, diabetes, hypertension, coronary heart disease, severe osteoporosis, and female pregnancy;
2. Patients with severe anxiety and depression (SAS>50 points, SDS>70 points);
3. The range of motion of the lower limbs is limited or the flexion and extension of the lower limbs are restricted due to other factors;
4. Improved Ashworth of lower extremity muscle tone > grade 2;
5. Diseases that are not suitable for wearing the device, such as scalp and skull injury, skin injury or infection of the lower extremities, which make the device unable to be worn;
6. The investigator judges that the patient has poor compliance or does not understand the test, and cannot complete the study as required;
7. Participated in other clinical trials of drugs or medical devices during the same period;
8. Other conditions judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion and unable to tolerate rehabilitation training.
