研究目的：

评估说话瓣膜试验作为拔管指征时，与传统堵管试验相比，是否具有优势及更精准的敏感性，从而进一步优化拔管流程。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate whether the speaking valve trail has advantages and more accurate sensitivity compared with the traditional capping trail when used as an indication for decannulation, so as to further optimize the decannulation process.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在重要器官功能严重障碍；
2.不能耐受气囊放气；
3.上气道阻塞或狭窄；
4.声带严重麻痹影响气流通过。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is serious dysfunction of vital organs;
2. Can not tolerate cuff leak;
3. Upper airway obstruction or stenosis;
4. Severe vocal cord paresis affects airflow.
