研究目的：

1. 主要目的：探究术后运动训练对合并COPD肺癌术后患者躯体功能的影响 2. 次要目的：探究术后运动训练对合并COPD肺癌术后患者生活质量的影响  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To explore the effect of postoperative exercise training on the physical function of patients with lung cancer complicated with COPD; 2. Secondary objective: To explore the effect of postoperative exercise training on the quality of life of patients with lung cancer complicated with COPD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 肺功能测试中患者FEVI低于预计值30%；
2. NYHA 心功能分级标准II、III、IV级；
3. 无法参加运动训练（如下肢功能障碍或偏瘫等）；
4. 此前有肺部手术史；
5. 拒绝签署康复医学科康复治疗知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. FEV1 of patients in pulmonary function test was 30% lower than the expected value;
2. NYHA cardiac function classification standard II, III and IV;
3. Unable to participate in sports training (such as lower limb dysfunction or hemiplegia);
4. Previous history of lung surgery;
5. Refuse to sign the informed consent form of rehabilitation treatment in the Department of rehabilitation medicine.
