研究目的：

通过一种精确的，可重复的，定量的分子预测模型评估IB期非小细胞肺癌复发风险，并探索预测结果对IB期病人术后辅助治疗策略制定的影响具有重要临床意义。此外，通过朗迪瑞检测30例经手术切除的病理已明确的IB期肺腺癌患者的组织样本，以探索该技术预测IB期肺腺癌术后复发风险及辅助治疗有效性。

Objectives of Study：

It is of great clinical significance to evaluate the recurrence risk of stage IB non-small cell lung cancer by an accurate, reproducible and quantitative molecular prediction model, and to explore the impact of prediction results on the development of postoperative adjuvant therapy strategies for stage IB patients. In addition, tissue samples from 30 patients with surgically resected stage IB lung adenocarcinoma with definite pathology were detected by DetermaRx to explore the prediction of recurrence risk and the efficacy of adjuvant therapy for stage IB lung adenocarcinoma.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 手术前接受过新辅助治疗；接受术后放疗；
2. 随访信息不全、失访；
3. 在本研究的治疗开始之前的五年内患有除NSCLC以外的其它癌症的患者。除外宫颈原位癌、已治愈的基底细胞癌、膀胱上皮肿瘤(包括Ta和Tis)；
4. 亚肺叶切除(楔形切除，肺段切除)，淋巴结取样；
5. 中重度除肿瘤外器官功能障碍；
6. 研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Received neoadjuvant therapy before surgery; Postoperative radiotherapy was performed;
2. Incomplete follow-up information and lost follow-up;
3. Patients who had cancer other than NSCLC within the five years prior to the initiation of treatment in this study. Carcinoma in situ of the cervix cured basal cell carcinoma, bladder epithelial neoplasms (including Ta and Tis) were excluded;
4. Sublobectomy (wedge resection, segmental resection), lymph node sampling;
5. Moderate to severe organ dysfunction except for tumor;
6. Other conditions considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
