研究目的：

本研究将基于经颅直流电刺激（tDCS）和fNIRS技术，通过激活或抑制健康人群和慢性腰痛人群的DLPFC，评估其疼痛行为学（疼痛预期与感知、疼痛敏感性与耐受）和认知功能的改变，从而验证DLPFC在疼痛发生过程和疼痛应答过程中的关键作用。  

Objectives of Study：

This research will be based on transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) and fNIRS technology, through the activation or inhibition of healthy population and chronic low back pain patients DLPFC, evaluate the pain behavior (expectation and perception of pain, pain sensitivity and tolerance) and the change of cognitive function, so as to verify the DLPFC in pain process and the key role in the process of pain response.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.健康受试者排除标准：
（1）存在感觉异常性疾病，明显皮肤破损、皮肤病（影响疼痛的测量）；
（2）存在神经性或精神疾病（如抑郁，焦虑等）；
（3）目前正在服用药物（如抗抑郁药、止痛药等）。
2.慢性腰痛受试者排除标准
（1）在过去 3 个月对下背痛进行过有指导的物理治疗，包括伸展、力量训练、运动控制训练等；
（2）有明确病因和潜在病理变化的下背痛患者（如坐骨神经痛、椎管狭窄、脊椎滑脱、近期椎体骨折等）；
（3）身体有其他部位的疼痛比下背痛更严重；
（4）过去 6 个月有背部手术；
（5）接触性皮肤病、溃疡或开放性伤口。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Exclusion criteria for healthy subjects:
(1) The presence of paresthesia disease, obvious skin damage, skin diseases (affecting the measurement of pain);
(2) The presence of neurological or mental illness (such as depression, anxiety, etc.);
(3) Currently taking medication (such as antidepressants, painkillers, etc.).
2. Exclusion criteria for subjects with chronic low back pain:
(1) Have received guided physical therapy for LBP in the past 3 months, including stretching, strength training and motor control training;
(2) Patients with LBP with clear etiology and underlying pathological changes (e.g., sciatica, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, recent vertebral fractures, etc.);
(3) The pain in other parts of the body is more serious than the lower back pain;
(4) Back surgery in the past 6 months;
(5) Contact skin diseases, ulcers or open wounds.
