研究目的：

判断 6-15mm结直肠息肉患者内镜切除术后，采用锚式闭合术无间隙结扎闭合手术创面，术后该类病人以门诊手术方式管理的安全性和可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the safety and feasibility of using modified endoloop ligation based on the anchored clips to close the surgical wound for patients with colorectal polyps of 6-15mm diameter after endoscopic resection, and the outpatient surgical way of postoperative management of these patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有大于15mm 息肉者；
2.按照共识意见，不能停用抗凝剂或抗血小板制剂者；
3.有出血性疾病史；
4.炎症性肠病；
5.明确的浸润性结直肠癌。
6.1-5mm微小息肉患者，若合并有大于5mm息肉，不能纳入对照组。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Polyps larger than 15mm;
2. According to consensus, anticoagulants or antiplatelet agents cannot be discontinued;
3. history of bleeding disorders;
4. Inflammatory bowel diseases;
5. Definite invasive colorectal cancer;
6. Patients with small polyps of 1-5mm combined with polyps greater than 5mm cannot be included in the control group.
