研究目的：

观察与CPSP发生可能相关的临床因素和miRNA进行对比分析，以期获取发生CPSP的可靠预测因子。

Objectives of Study：

observe the clinical factors possibly related to the occurrence of CPSP and conduct a comparative analysis of miRNA, to obtain reliable predictors of the occurrence of CPSP.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 各种原因导致中转开放手术；
2. 术后出现肺部并发症、二次手术、其他原因3个月内再次住院以及手术前后接受放化疗患者；
3. 因各种原因未能完成全程研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Transferring to open surgery due to various reasons;
2. Pulmonary complications, second operation, and other reasons occur after the operation, the patient has hospitalized again within three months and performed radiotherapy and chemotherapy before and after surgery;
3. The entire study could not be completed for various reasons.
