评估OCT指导下支架植入治疗冠脉长病变与常规造影下支架植入治疗冠脉长病变相比对患者预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This research assesses whether this OCT-guided PCI strategy would result in improved clinical outcomes compared with angiographic-guidance in CHD patients with long coronary lesions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者有先天性心脏病肾功能不全肝功能不全等；
2. 左主干病变；
3. 分叉病变；
4. 完全闭塞；
5. 既往植入药物支架6周；
6. 支架内在狭窄。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with congenital heart disease, renal insufficiency, liver insufficiency, etc.;
2. Left main disease;
3. Bifurcation lesions;
4. Complete occlusion;
5. Previous implantation of drug stents for 6 weeks;
6. Intrinsic stenosis of the stent.
