研究目的：

目前临床中超声引导下甲状腺囊肿聚桂醇硬化治疗有部分研究是将聚桂醇抽尽，部分研究是将聚桂醇留置，而且留置量无统一。本研究通过分析大样本超声引导下甲状腺囊肿聚桂醇治疗过程中聚桂醇是留置还是抽尽进行疗效分析，寻找最佳聚桂醇留置量，为临床聚桂醇硬化治疗提供依据，同时分析影响硬化治疗的因素。  

Objectives of Study：

At present, ultrasonic-guided lauromacrogol ssclerosis therapy for thyroid cyst has been partially studied by draining lauromacrogol, partially studied Cinnamyl alcohol was indwelled, and the amount of indwelling was not uniform.In this study, a large sample of thyroid cysts were analyzed by ultrasound guided macrogol therapy The therapeutic effect was analyzed whether laugol was indwelled or drained during treatment, and the optimal indwelling amount of laugol was found for clinical laugol sclerosing treatment To provide evidence and analyze the factors influencing sclerotherapy.

1.严重心肝肾功能不全及凝血功能障碍。
