研究目的：

开展中药贴剂穴位贴敷治疗乳腺增生的前瞻性、多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照，为临床治疗乳腺增生提供客观、有效的循证证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To carry out a prospective, multicenter, randomized, double-blind and placebo parallel control study on acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine patches for the treatment of breast hyperplasia, so as to provide objective and effective evidence-based evidence for clinical treatment of breast hyperplasia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重月经周期紊乱的患者；
2.乳腺炎症、乳房恶性肿瘤者；
3.3个月内有妊娠计划的人；
4.有严重的心脑血管及肝肾及造血系统等严重原发性疾病；
5.3个月内口服治疗乳腺疾病相关者；
6.合并其他疾病需要常规用药治疗者；
7.贴敷部位有皮肤创伤、溃疡、皮肤感染或瘢痕体质者及对贴剂过敏者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe menstrual cycle disorders;
2. Breast inflammation and breast cancer;
3. Those with pregnancy plans within 3 months;
4. Severe primary diseases of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
5. Oral treatment of breast diseases within 3 months;
6. Patients with other diseases requiring routine drug treatment;
7. The application site has skin trauma, ulcer, skin infection or scar constitution, and the patient is allergic to the patch.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

将筛选病例作为受试对象，由第三方运用SPSS统计软件，按各参加单位的病例分配数及随机比例生成随机数字分组表进行随机化，以保证组间均衡性。采用信封法施行随机方案的隐藏：将随机数字按设计要求分组后，在每个不透光的信封内装入一个随机数字和分组类别，发放给各参加单位，信封封面只显示入组的流水序号。受试者入选后，由研究者打开信封查看分组结果，分入相应组别，按照受试者进入研究的先后顺序，发放相应编号药品，各单位不得随意更改分配顺序。
