研究目的：

1. 主要目的：与eSHE相比，eCBTI是否更好地降低失眠障碍患者的12个月内抑郁症状发生率。 2. 次要目的：（1）与eSHE相比，eCBTI是否更好地降低失眠障碍慢性化；（2）探索应激功能紊乱所致的REMSI增加是否作为失眠障碍慢性化及其共病抑郁的潜在致病机制。

Objectives of Study：

1. Primary outcome: Whether e-aid Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (eCBTI) significantly reduces depression symptoms over a 12-month period in patients with insomnia disorder compared with e-aid Sleep Hygiene Education (eSHE). 2. Secondary outcomes: (1) Whether eCBTI significantly reduce the chronicity of insomnia disorder compared with eSHE; (2) Explore whether the increase of Rapid Eye Movement Sleep Instability (REMSI) caused by stress disorder is the underlying pathogenic mechanism of chronic insomnia disorder and comorbid depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 诊断明确且未愈的躯体疾病、精神障碍和/或睡眠障碍；
2. 正在接受某种针对失眠障碍的心理治疗；
3. 倒班工作者、常年夜班工作者、频繁的跨时区飞行者（如国际航班的机组工作人员）；
4. PSG检查发现睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（睡眠呼吸暂停指数 [Apnea-Hypopnea Index, AHI] ≥15次/小时）和/或周期性肢体运动障碍（周期性肢体运动指数[Periodic Limb Movement Index, PLMI] ≥15次/小时）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. A current diagnosis of any other unhealed physical disorders, mental disorders or sleep disorders ;
2. Current psychological treatment with insomnia disorder;
3. Rotating shift-work, night work or frequent cross-time zone fliers (e.g.,international flight crew);
4. Polysomnography(PSG) revealed sleep apnea syndrome (Apnea-Hypopnea Index[AHI] >= 15 beats/hour) or periodic limb movement disorder (Periodic Limb Movement Index[PLMI] >= 15 times/hour).
