主要目的：呼吸反馈训练对脑卒中后肺功能的影响及机制探讨； 次要目的：脑卒中后肺功能各评估参数相关性研究。  

Objectives of Study：

Main purpose: To investigate the effect of respiratory feedback training on pulmonary function after stroke and its mechanism; Secondary objective: To study the correlation of various parameters of pulmonary function assessment after stroke.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 严重言语、注意力、听觉、视觉、智力、精神或认知障碍（Moca<26分）；
2. 伴有癫痫、恶性肿瘤和严重心肺肝肾损害等；
3. 颅内有金属异物；
4. 酒精或药物成瘾等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe speech, attention, hearing, vision, intelligence, mental or cognitive impairment (Moca<26 points);
2. Accompanied by epilepsy, malignant tumor and severe heart, lung, liver and kidney damage;
3. There is a metal foreign body in the skull;
4. Alcohol or drug addiction, etc.
