研究目的：

探讨右美托咪定与艾司洛尔对腹腔镜手术老年冠心病患者心肌保护及预后的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine and esmolol on myocardial protection and prognosis in elderly patients with coronary heart disease undergoing laparoscopic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 6个月内有急性心梗病史、充血性心功能不全、急性冠脉综合征、不稳定性心绞痛；
2. 严重高血压(收缩压≥180mmHg或平均血压≥110mmHg)，或严重低血压(收缩压< 90mmHg)；
3. 合并窦性心动过缓、窦房结功能障碍、房室传导阻滞或病窦综合征等；
4. 合并支气管哮喘、严重慢阻肺；
5. 合并免疫系统疾病、感染性疾病、严重肝肾功能异常；
6. 合并凝血功能障碍，或术前贫血(Hb<90g/L)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of acute myocardial infarction, congestive cardiac insufficiency, acute coronary syndrome, and unstable angina within 6 months; 2. Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure >= 180mmHg or mean blood pressure >= 110mmHg), or severe hypotension (systolic blood pressure < 90mmHg); 3. Combined with sinus bradycardia sinus node dysfunction atrioventricular block or sick sinus syndrome; 4. Complicated with severe COPD and bronchial asthma; 5. Complicated with immune system diseases, infectious diseases, severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Concomitant coagulation dysfunction, or preoperative anemia (Hb < 90g/L).
